  • 10 oz hen strips
  • 4 ¼ oz cabbage
  • 3 ½ oz kale
  • 5 ½ oz carrots
  • 3 ½ oz purple bell pepper
  • 1 medium purple onion
  • 1 ½ tbsp paprika-spiced arrowroot
  • ¼ cup honey-mustard sauce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 ½ tsp dietary yeast
  1. Prep the veggies: Take away the middle stems from the kale and slice them into about ¼-inch items. Roughly chop the leaves into bite-size items. Minimize the ends off the purple onion and discard the peel. Minimize in half lengthwise. Lay flat and medium cube into about ½-inch items. Medium cube the purple bell pepper into about ½-inch items.
