500 g parsnips, peeled and halved
1 tablespoon darkish soy sauce
3 tablespoons clear honey
1 orange (juice and zest of)
3 tablespoons olive oil


Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 200 C / 400 F.
2. Pour oil right into a roasting pan and put in oven to warmth.
3. Add parsnips to sizzling oil, season if desired and roast for 20 minutes.
4. Combine honey, soy, juice and zest. Add to parsnips and toss to coat. Return to oven for one more 10 minutes (till caramelized).
5. Serve with remaining juices poured over.
