Tuesday Tangnets! – The Hungry Runner Lady

I really like a ritual, and I can’t think about a Tuesday going by with out it filled with tangents:

*I took a 15-minute pilates class yesterday, and she or he had us maintain this stretch on each side.  I had no thought how a lot I wanted this stretch in my life.  I’m guessing all runners want this stretch of their lives.  Attempt it at the moment.
